There are no refunds or returns for performed services. We expect to be paid for work that we complete; however, we also understand that circumstances may change and will try our best to be accommodating.
If a patient decides to stop receiving the services that have been paid already, the written request to your branch (eg. via text messages and email), final photo shots at the clinic are mandatory. A client must sign all required forms at which time the refund amount will be calculated based on total prices of unperformed treatments. Costs for unused personalized treatment solution (This is prepared in advanced) will be deducted from this refund amount due to the customized and unreausable nature of these products.
If hair loss clinic DAMO becomes legally unable to provide services, the patient must submit the refund request to your branch at which time DAMO will refund the full amount of the unperformed services without any deduction.
NOTE - Refund requests must be made within 3 months of your last treatment in order to be eligible for a refund.
